It is possible that the nose immediately or after a while benefits more from a higher dose of capsaicin (red pepper). That this gives more results. Hence this extra strong formula. * Note: Capsinol Extra Strong is especially suitable for experienced Capsinol users. When using Capsinol for the first time, we recommend starting with the Mild or Original Formula. The Extra Strong may be too strong for people using it for the first time.
