  • What is the Bik-Bik online account number?

    Our account number is ING-Bank NL47INGB0002877358. Always state your name and order number when paying.

  • Does Bik-Bik have a secure payment environment?

    Yes. As soon as you start paying, you will enter a secure internet environment. This way, others don’t get the chance to secretly watch. Your transaction data is sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser.

  • Does Bik-Bik offer online post-payment?

    No, this option is not available at the moment. You do have the right to return and a trial period of 14 days.

  • Can I exchange a tourist voucher at Bik-Bik online?

    No, this option is not available at the moment.

  • How can I pay at Bik-Bik online?

    You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa or MasterCard), Apple Pay or a manual transfer.

Payment failed or declined

  • Why is my payment checked?

    We always check credit card payments due to susceptibility to fraud. We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudsters.

  • Why was my credit card payment rejected?

    All credit card payments go through a payment check with us. Unfortunately, we cannot share with you why the payment was rejected. Of course, we assume you have good intentions, but we must keep the control methods secret.

    Your order has been automatically canceled and the reservation will expire within 3 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Then place it again and choose a different payment method.

  • Oops! That is of course not the intention. Has the amount been debited from your account several times, but have you only placed one order? You will of course get this amount back as soon as possible. The amount will be back in your account within 3 days, we promise.


  • What if I haven’t received a refund?

    It varies per bank how long it takes before the refund is credited to your account. Has the amount not been credited to your account within 5 working days? Please contact our customer service.

  • Where can I find the status of my refund?

    Unfortunately you cannot check that. But we promise that we will refund you within 3 working days after handling the return. Is the amount not yet in your account after 5 working days? Please contact our customer service.

  • How quickly will I be refunded after cancelling?

    We will refund you once we have processed your cancellation. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.

    • iDeal & Apple Pay: within 3 working days.
    • Credit card: the reservation will be canceled within 3 days.
    • Prepayment: you no longer have to pay. Have you already transferred the money? As soon as we have received the money, we will refund it within 3 working days.
  • How do I receive my refund?

    We will refund you via the payment method you used to pay. If you paid with a voucher, gift voucher, eco vouchers or shop credit, you will get the money back in shop credit. We will send you a confirmation email when we have refunded the money or when shopping credit is ready for you.

  • How quickly will I be refunded after returns?

    Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 3 business days. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.

    You may get your money back in several parts. This could be due to two things:

    • You paid the amount or part thereof with a gift voucher or voucher. You will then receive that amount back in the form of shopping credit.
    • You have exchanged a product for another product. In that case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method you first used to pay. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? You will then receive the remaining amount refunded separately.
