How will my order be shipped?

All packages are sent with KDZ express.

A signature is required for receipt, the delivery person may not throw the package in the letterbox!
If you are not at home, you can specify a different delivery address when ordering (think of work address or the like).

If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note so that you can make an appointment with him or her for a next delivery attempt. Delivery will not be made to the neighbors unless you indicate this when ordering or via a note on the door!

How will my small order be shipped?

We send orders that fit in a letterbox box by regular mail, no one has to be home for this!
The postman will simply place the order in the letterbox.

For small packages outside the EU, a package will always be shipped with track and trace

What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands, are € 5.50 for a package. When the products fit in a letterbox box, the shipping costs are € 2.75.

If your order is more than € 65 (products), no shipping costs will be charged.

When completing the order, you can always choose to pick up your order at the store in Leiden.

What are the shipping costs for my destination?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your package.
At checkout, the exact shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the total package.

For shipping within the European Union, charge for:

Belgie:        € 14,44
Duitsland: € 9,95
Frankrijk:  € 16,84
UK:             € 26,-

For parcels outside the EU, a surcharge is charged by the authorities of the country. These costs for yourself and are not included in the shipping costs.

I order outside the EU?

The shipping costs outside Europe also differ per country. In addition, import duties and customs clearance costs may be charged. We do not charge these costs, but only the shipping costs of the carrier.
You have to pay the import duties and costs yourself!

During the checkout process, after entering the destination country, the correct shipping costs will appear!

We send all foreign shipments by courier to limit loss or theft. KDZ is also the point of contact for shipments abroad. In this way we keep short lines and we are also able to track your package abroad and correct it where necessary.

NB! We never open packages! If a package has been opened, this will have been done by Customs for inspection.
