Solgar Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg (vitamine B12) speelt een rol bij de bloedopbouw, ijzeropname en de synthese van foliumzuur. Vitamine B-12 is een methyldonor en helpt daardoor bij het verlagen van het homocysteïne gehalte in het bloed en is goed voor het geheugen.
