For example, one tablet contains no less than 10 mcg of vitamin D3, as recommended for children up to 4 years old (separate vitamin D drops are therefore no longer necessary). Stevia Stevia or honey herb is a plant that originates from South and Central America. The extract from this plant (named steviol glycosides) is used as a natural source sweetener.
