It goes without saying that we don't do this. We work with 2nd and 3rd generation beekeepers who still work in the traditional way, creating the finest honey. Our Manuka honey comes from remote and pristine areas of New Zealand. Royal Green Manuka honey is 100% certified organic, pure (not mixed with other honey) and every harvest is tested for MGO (methylglyoxal) content. MGO score Manuka honey is known for its special properties. The strength is demonstrated by the MGO score. By measuring the MGO (methylglyoxal) content, authenticity and bioactive power can be guaranteed. The higher the content, the better the product. Royal Green 200+ MGO 
Our MGO content is between 200 – 300 MGO. We test every harvest and can therefore guarantee this. There are (organic) honey brands on the market that do not mention an MGO score. These are cheap brands where quality is not guaranteed.
