Product description
The recommended dose is one tablet daily for up to 4 days. The first dose should be taken upon arrival at your destination at your usual bedtime (local time). The dose on the following days should also be taken at your usual bedtime. It is important that melatonin is taken at the right time. Do not give this medicine to children and adolescents under 18 years of age. If you are pregnant, think you are pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding, it is better not to use this medicine. Read the instructions before use.
