Prevalin Direct Plus Nasal Spray stops the allergens that cause an allergic reaction on the nasal mucosa. The unique formula clears the nose of pollen and forms an impenetrable micro-gel barrier on the nasal mucosa. Prevalin Direct Plus is clinically proven to be effective. The nasal spray contains no medicines (such as antihistamine or cortisone) and does not make you sleepy.
Prevalin Direct Plus has an additional property that reduces sensitivity to allergens. This is done by means of mast cell stabilization. Mast cells, also called mastocytes, are part of the human immune system. After contact with pollen allergens, mast cells burst open, as it were. Histamine and other substances released during this process cause the allergic symptoms. The micro-gel with natural oils in Prevalin Direct Plus encapsulates the mast cells and deactivates the pollen. In this way, contact with allergens is prevented and the mast cells remain stable and intact.
